The car was fine, the sales service and attention given to customer was terrible no updates unless we went to ask, when asked how much longer finance needs to finish paperwork, sales lady has the audacity to customer was terrible no updates unless we went to ask, when asked how much longer finance needs to finish paperwork, sales lady has the audacity to ask me, the customer, to ask myself, so I went upstairs to ask finance manager, sales lady had an attitude, feel like she was doing UA a favor to buy a car from Steven creek, we complained to the manager afterwards, we asked several questions about the car that sales lady said she will have an responses on Monday morning due to service and parts was closed on Sunday, as fo 1:30pm, no answers, no follow up, it seems it’s up to customer to get answers and pay dealership for the privileges. Salvi was great too with Q7 inquiries. Informative, no pressure, there for you. However, we are still waiting for follow through on the vehicles requested. One online inquired about for nearly a month, have to keep calling back. Requested further details on accessories at sale (prior to pickup) and interior pics. Told a few days ago it was being sold to a broker instead. (!) When I asked for verification/confirmation, disconnected. Part of the problem is people answering the tel without dealership knowledge. Another problem is the Audi system crashing and not being updated or up to date tech wise, so employees cannot properly track customers, or access-distribute the requested vehicle data promptly if at all. This has proven true at a few local Audi dealers. Crash is not a word you want to think about with an auto purchase. Regardless, at this point I feel like I have to go to another dealer. Maybe I'll try back next year, undecided. More
