Cassandra Crawford Was my sales person. I called her over the phone and explain to her what I was looking for and within five minutes she emailed me exactly what I describe to her over the phone the SUV was the phone and explain to her what I was looking for and within five minutes she emailed me exactly what I describe to her over the phone the SUV was perfect. The interest rate was lower than any other dealership. The pricing of the vehicle was lower than any other dealership That I try to negotiate with. Also I live over 100 miles away from Stevens Creek dealership and they delivered it to my home that is excellent customer service. Cassandra Crawford is great; to the point, brief and informative on Q5e. Crazy busy. That's a good thing. Mariatu got back to me promptly with requested data; calm, cool, detailed. Salvi was great too with Q7 inquiries. Informative, no pressure, there for you. However, we are still waiting for follow through on the vehicles requested. One online inquired about for nearly a month, have to keep calling back. Requested further details on accessories at sale (prior to pickup) and interior pics. Told a few days ago it was being sold to a broker instead. (!) When I asked for verification/confirmation, disconnected. Part of the problem is people answering the tel without dealership knowledge. Another problem is the Audi system crashing and not being updated or up to date tech wise, so employees cannot properly track customers, or access-distribute the requested vehicle data promptly if at all. This has proven true at a few local Audi dealers. Crash is not a word you want to think about with an auto purchase. Regardless, at this point I feel like I have to go to another dealer. Maybe I'll try back next year, undecided. More
