AUDI Q3 PURCHASE. I've bought many cars in my life and Alfredo was the best sales person I've ever met, and I mean that from a perspective of, if you lived in a fantasy world where everything goes your wa Alfredo was the best sales person I've ever met, and I mean that from a perspective of, if you lived in a fantasy world where everything goes your way, and the salespeople are there to benefit you, and not screw you, that would be the situation. The previous dealership we visited, I'll just say in a smaller town north, was awful. So we left it after I had found a similar vehicle for less price on line to compare to at Audi Stevens Creek. The experience was like night and day. As opposed to the previous salesperson from the day, Alfredo was honest, upfront, wanting to help, eager to make us satisfied, knowledgable about all the details of the vehicle, was very professional, easy to get along with, and gave us an amazing impression of how good an Audi dealership, or any other car dealership for that reason, can be like. I've never had an experience at a car dealership that was this good. From the introduction, to showing us available inventory, to making us feel comfortable to speak freely with ease and ask our questions, to negotiating a great deal, and to making the process as painless as possible. The signing (financing) department was very easy to navigate through and the manager there, Wayne, with his desktop tech made everything very easy to read and understand, not like when all you have to glance at are just the paper contracts, but in big bright un-intimidating font. He was very helpful and made certain we had the information, explanation, confirmation, and time to read and understand what we were signing. I was very impressed with our experience. If I had to choose what car to buy next, it would be whatever these guys are selling, ha ha, of course after I do my research on what car we like first, but I think I've made my point. I want to buy my next car from them. I've never had that experience before. 5 stars. More
