DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. I purchased a CPO S5 from DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. I purchased a CPO S5 from this dealership. After driving this car less then a week later - the brakes started to sque DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. I purchased a CPO S5 from this dealership. After driving this car less then a week later - the brakes started to squeak and sounded as if metal were being rubbed at low speeds and before a full stop. At first I thought it may be from new brakes or was told “condensation or dust “. But we live in 100 degree California and condensation is highly unlikely. After a few more drives and head turns from the brake noise at a stop and go speed - I took it into a service department close to where I live. They informed me the rotors may have had a “flip” due to the brakes being changed late. Service advisor recommended it to be redone for safety as he thinks it’ll be a eventual problem in the near future. We asked him specifically and he said “if it was my car - I would get it fixed “ I informed San Jose Audi of such and was billed for parts and labor $1700 to have the rotors replaced for near future concerns - which they said is not covered under warranty. What happened to the 300-pt vehicle inspection??? We talked to their sales manager and service manger regarding the issue and after a week of runaround - the solution of the GM was just $500 reimbursement then didn’t return our calls to even follow through. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. There’s no exaggeration here. My family has bought two cars from this dealership and I would have expected better service. I wouldn’t give them anymore business new or used unless you want untrustworthy vehicle inspections and a bill on YOUR tab shortly after purchase. I will rethink Audi vehicles in general for the future. Trust the low yelp ratings. More
