Bought a CPO with with Alex Ewing and was promised to have the cracked a/c screen fixed. A few days later, received a voicemail saying the parts arrived. Made an appointment with service department and dropped off my car. The service department told me "sales didn't order the parts" so I have to wait another day for the parts. Had to rearrange my schedule due to that. Also tried to contact Alex with multiple emails for 2 weeks to get a copy of CPO inspection but received no reply. Dealers are required to provide inspection for CPO per DMV regulation. They could not care less after getting your money! More

Jimmy lacked costumer service and knowledge on the 2020 Q3 S line I purchased. He insisted that the Q3 I test drove was a Prestige that I wanted but when I asked to see the top view camera that was include Q3 S line I purchased. He insisted that the Q3 I test drove was a Prestige that I wanted but when I asked to see the top view camera that was included with a Prestige, he said, “Q3’s don’t come with a top view camera.” I told him that it does, per Audi’s website, and he later came back and told me that I was right. (Fast-forward 2 months) I waited 2 months for my car to arrive and as we sat down to do paperwork, he seemed stressed and told me he is “very busy today” with other 2 purchases after me. The whole 3 hour process, he did not offer anything for me and my brother in law to drink, only as he sat down drinking his coffee in front of us. I also specifically asked Jimmy not to wash the car, but the dealership did. On top of that, I soon later found out that my all weather mats were just slapped on and not secured - it had slipped down almost near the gas/break pedals which could have been very dangerous during a drive. As a first time car buyer with all weather mats, I was not aware that these mats had to be securely fastened and only came to my attention when I went to a shop to get a ceramic coating done a few days later. I understand the circumstances given that we are in the middle of a pandemic and the extra precautions to keep everyone safe, but I felt that the costumer service was lacking. I had a good understanding of the features of the car but I was just handed the keys after all the paperwork was done and left to figure out how to set up the car or reverse it from the lot. My brother in law (who in the past purchased an A5 and Q7 at Audi Steven’s Creek and received superb costumer service), gave me more orientation to the car more than Jimmy did. We spent 30 minutes in the lot playing around with settings (after Jimmy had walked away). My overall experience really took away the excitement of being a first time Audi buyer. I specifically chose Audi Steven’s Creek because of the quality costumer service that my brother in law received in the past, but it was really disappointing. Jimmy was a let down. Of lighter note, Jana from Finance was amazing. She was very friendly and made the whole process of adding extra care/warranty to my Q3 enjoyable by creating a stress free environment. She explained the packages really well and answered all my questions. More

This is my second Audi purchase with Cassandra and can’t say enough about the quality of service she has provided. Intelligent, quick to respond and also takes the time to find the best pricing.
