Worst car buying experience of our lives. Everything started off great with Zabih doing virtual walk through with the car and being helpful and friendly. Quickly changed once the financing dept. (Jana) started off great with Zabih doing virtual walk through with the car and being helpful and friendly. Quickly changed once the financing dept. (Jana) got involved. Communication with her was a joke. She told us she would call at 10am the following day for a 3-way call with the bank, she didn't call. Left numerous voice mails for her to call us back with questions we had, she never returned ANY of our calls. Took 5 days to get the car delivered from a city that's 11 hours away. Not fully blaming the dealership on that one, but they did make the arrangements with the chosen transportation company. Things that were pictured in the car on the website were not in the car when it arrived. Had to call the salesman about paperwork, since finance would never help and still haven't received any copies of ANYTHING we signed for the purchase. No contract, no Certified Pre Owned papers, nothing. This car was supposedly a dealership "loaner" so you would think it'd be easy for someone to tell why there were multiple lights not working due to being unplugged behind the door panel, or how a ground wire get pulled out of the socket in the overhead console area, but again, no answers. I hope someone from the dealership reaches out to talk to me about it, but I'm not counting on it . More
