MISREPRESENTATION OF 2020 Q5 HYBRID CHARGING CAPABILITIES Was not aware of the exceptionally slow charging of the 2020 Q5 Hybrid at 120V before purchase. Charging at 120V adds less than 1 mile of range per h Was not aware of the exceptionally slow charging of the 2020 Q5 Hybrid at 120V before purchase. Charging at 120V adds less than 1 mile of range per hour on this vehicle. In contrast, every other plug-in hybrid (PHEV) adds 3-4 miles/hr on 120V (~4X faster). This includes our previous vehicle, a 2017 Audi A3 e-tron, which your salespeople led me to believe the Q5 55 TFSIe would be a simple upgrade. This deficiency negates a key advantage of PHEVs, to be able to fully recharged overnight with 120V (necessary due to their short EV range). The 2020 Q5 Hybrid requires us to install a 240V outlet in our garage (a $10K+ installation project) just to take advantage of its short 20 mile EPA electrical range. This limitation was not pointed out by any Audi salespeople or promotional information. Attempts to resolve this issue have so far resulted in little action - other than unsatisfying statements that this is the way it is. It is unlikely we would have purchased this vehicle had we known this limitation in advance. More
