Service was good. Ethan was great. Kept good communication with me throughout the day and had no hassle adding a coupon to my service. When my car went through the was Ethan was great. Ethan got me a new one and even installed for me after closing so I didn’t leave with it broken. More

The rep I dealt with communicared well,Ethan, give him 5 stars. BUT Audi handed me an estimate for $19k for an oil leak. Said i needed new upper and lower bushings, motor mounts and on and on. Took it to stars. BUT Audi handed me an estimate for $19k for an oil leak. Said i needed new upper and lower bushings, motor mounts and on and on. Took it to my mechanic, didn’t need ANY of these items at all. If you’re not under warranty, run don’t walk away from this place More
