After allegedly removing and replacing valve cover gaskets, the car was returned needing a quart of oil; it was not a quart down when I brought it in. My initial reason for bringing the car to your shop was to replace the wiper arms. About 2 weeks later when driving north around Columbia SC, in a torrential downpour, the right wiper stopped working after crashing into the left wiper; it had come loose as it was never properly secured by the mechanic. I was told I needed motor mounts, which I paid you to replace. In light of the quality of the other service, I have my doubts that I actually needed them as there were no symptoms. More
