The Service Advisor (Andy) and everyone else I interacted with was very professional and my car repair went well. My only complaint is that when I paid the bill I was charged 3% fee for using my credit card with was very professional and my car repair went well. My only complaint is that when I paid the bill I was charged 3% fee for using my credit card instead of check or debit card. That was unexpected especially, in a premium brand dealership. I may rethink where my next Audi service is performed because of that. We don't charge a fee in my business for customers who use a credit card. We consider it a cost of doing business. More
