Was sent here from Audi Wesley Chapel for a tire repair on my 2022 Audi Q5. I waited over 30-minutes to be acknowledged by the service team, only to have the tire repair declined. I was told there is no co on my 2022 Audi Q5. I waited over 30-minutes to be acknowledged by the service team, only to have the tire repair declined. I was told there is no coverage, despite being told twice by Audi Wesley Chapel this is not the case. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for services that should be covered as my family needs to evacuate for Hurricane Ian. The service team completely lacked empathy or real support. I will never get a vehicle here or return for a service. I will drive the 50+ mins to Wesley Chapel to get the quality service and care customers deserve. More

I have been a loyal customer of Audi Tampa since the 90s. And I’m happy to say that the transition from Reeves to Morgan was well executed. My new team in the service department including Nick Edwards and St And I’m happy to say that the transition from Reeves to Morgan was well executed.
