Chris Novo in sales was great, I would highly recommend him! Negative comments below: Dealer should do a more diligent job in describing and photographing prior damage on used vehicles. Car was descr him! Negative comments below: Dealer should do a more diligent job in describing and photographing prior damage on used vehicles. Car was described to be in excellent condition and when I arrived, there was damage to the front and rear bumpers and multiple chips in the paint which were not disclosed. After a 1.5 hour drive to get there, I was disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. Dealer did give me a small credit for the bumper damage, however, this never should have happened. After I agreed to purchase the car, I found additional minor damage to the vehicle. CarFax was provided and vehicle had not been in any reported accidents. More
