The service center was prompt when dropping my car off and for pick up. I was given the same model car as a loaner. My car clean and ready to go. Service was fine. However, I received my car back not washed. This is my 5th car I’ve purchased from this dealer and my husband has also purchased 5+ cars from this dealer over the years (when it was fo washed. This is my 5th car I’ve purchased from this dealer and my husband has also purchased 5+ cars from this dealer over the years (when it was formerly Reeves). Never have either of us ever had our cars returned after service dirty. Not too pleased about that. More

Steve matthews is a horrible example of a leader... deal fell thru on a used vehicle and he refuses to return my down payment. I’ve worked hard for my money and really don’t understand why theres an issues fell thru on a used vehicle and he refuses to return my down payment. Steve advised me on two separate occasions that my money will be refunded!!!!!I’m in the process of filing a corporate complaint!!!!!
