Received a message that afternoon that it was ready. An absolutely no-hassle in and out experience. Full report on what they did and, to boot, my car was cleaned inside and out. Signed a form, got in my car and left. This is what customer service is all about. Professional, fast, courteous, and great attention to detail. A pleasure, all the way around. More
