It was the easiest visit I had. When I returned to pick up my car, two ladies greeted me and welcomed me back. Friendly environment. I loved my experience because there was so hassle and I like working with people who obviously like their job. Highly recommend and hoping I get jason again for the same quick and nice experience. Bought my Audi A3 through Crown Audi Clearwater and had a HORRIBLE experience not once, not twice, but THREE times through them when trying to have se Bought my Audi A3 through Crown Audi Clearwater and had a HORRIBLE experience not once, not twice, but THREE times through them when trying to have service done. I decided to inconvenience myself and drive 1 hour from St Petersburg to Audi Tampa to give them a shot... I was not disappointed. **JASON** went above and beyond to make sure that not only my car’s needs, but my own needs (I needed a loaner car in order to get home but at first wasn’t going to be provided one) were met and made sure to keep me updated in the process of repairs to my car. Jason explained to me different details about my warranty and the Audi Care on my car that Crown Audi failed to inform me about (and in the process saved me money which I’m sure they wouldn’t have done). Not only did he make sure that my car was fully inspected, serviced, cleaned, and taken care of, but he also was able to point out immediately that I was in need of new tires, something my old dealership failed to do as well, and in the process helped to save me money by selecting tires that matched the way I drove and were in my budget without breaking the bank! Because of Jason and his teams excellent service I will no longer be trusting any other dealership or service department with my car and any future cars I plan to purchase. I have owned Mercedes and BMW before my Audi and neither dealerships have provided me with anything close to the service that I’ve received from this dealership. I will happily be back when I’m ready to purchase another car from Jason and his team! Thank you Jason and Audi Tampa for the excellent experience! More
