Service review I had a 10:30 appointment with Jason Hunziker to have my car serviced. I showed up at 10:28, but Jason told me he was not ready for me and I'd have to I had a 10:30 appointment with Jason Hunziker to have my car serviced. I showed up at 10:28, but Jason told me he was not ready for me and I'd have to wait a few minutes. Tardiness is one of my pet-peeves, I have no tolerance for it. What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to tend to your client at your convenience? Then as I am waiting for Jason a co-worker sits down and starts a conversation with Jason as I stand there waiting for him. Jason finally starts to take care of me, without ever introducing himself. The only reason I knew I was dealing with Jason was because I noticed his name plate on his desk. Jason never asked me to have a sit, so I stood the entire time I spent with him. I found Jason very impersonal, and perhaps not the best fit to be dealing with the general public. Other then my experience with Jason everything else went well, my car was ready when promised other than one minor repair which could not be completed due to the dealership not having a software program on premise. I'll have to return to have this repair done at a later date. More

Ray Rivera, his Manager, was very helpful as well. This was my third Audi purchase at this dealership. Ramon called me when they had a special incentive going on, we negotiated the price over the phone which was nice and easy..no hassle. I signed the contract that night and drove off in my new SUV. A couple of weeks later, I had scheduled the ECP coating and tinting with their Service Department. I will highly recommend Tina for always doing such an outstanding job! Yes, I would recommend Audi Tampa! More
