Great Experience all around! I came in to take a look at the TT convertible. The car was beautiful and so much fun to drive but the staff, especially Ryan Loura, made the experien I came in to take a look at the TT convertible. Everyone had them, but there was only one dealer that made it less than 3 tex Searched all Audi dealerships in Florida for a new 2018 A5 convertible. Everyone had them, but there was only one dealer that made it less than 3 texts/emails to get to a deal. The others kept going back and forth, wanting to conduct a test drive (to get you hooked), get you to come in (difficult when you live 200+ miles away), etc. Basically, they didn't read the emails that I sent, they didn't know where I lived and they didn't read the statement that I was ready to buy. One did. Audi of Tampa and Ryan Loura made it super simple and they were great to work with. When I went in, everything was ready to go. Great dealership, great people, great process. Might even go back for another one. :-) More

She's going to break records in that she had the paper work done and the service underway in less than 10 minutes (it would have been less if we had not discussed our families). The work was done by the time I got settled in the waiting lounge ( I did take a little nap and Tina gently woke me up so I could be on my way. She had all the paper work done and I was on my way. Earlier while looking over the new models George the service manager made a point to chat for a few moments (We have known each other for 15 years or so now) Both George and Tina are the reason for staying with Audi.
