HAVING MY FRIST AUDI SERVICED for the first time My experience from the time I walked in the door I was very impressed. It was a multi cultural staff that was on duty was welcoming and friendly. The show room was amazing and no matter who was on staff they could direct you to where ever you needed to go and or talk to. As a older African American Man I was noticed and taken care of with respect and decency as well as made to feel like a valued customer. I am a real person and it felt good to be able to walk into a upscale establishment and be treated like a human being.
