Got in a bit early for my service appointment and was warmly greeted. My oil change and several other minor issues were corrected very quickly and the car was cleaned inside and out. The sales staff & management were selling & conducting themselves in good faith…the trade in & sale of the automobile was fair & equitable to myself & Turnersville Audi…,A second key to my purchased car w themselves in good faith…the trade in & sale of the automobile was fair & equitable to myself & Turnersville Audi…,A second key to my purchased car was missing & sales management Mike Mazzone & Jimmy McGee issued a written we owe to have me make the key & be reimbursed upon presenting the paid receipt…A $41.78 reimbursement will also be sent to me by mail due the bank over payment written check. Salesman Marcus Robinson did not pressure me during the the purchase transaction & he was also highly knowledgeable about the automobile..,Jackie Sipelli business manager was efficient & highly knowledgeable about completing the paperwork for a smooth sales transaction. I will recommend this dealership to others who are seeking to buy an automobile…The car I purchased was detailed @ clean prior to driving it off the lot. More
