These guys are very shady! Buyer beware! Try to tack on as much as they can for vehicle purchase. Go elsewhere! Shame on Audi! I tried to buy online, the cost were greatly exaggerated. Buyer Beware Get your Audi anywhere else. I had an appointment on a specific certified A6, and the Salesperson confirmed and told me the car was available and that Get your Audi anywhere else. I had an appointment on a specific certified A6, and the Salesperson confirmed and told me the car was available and that she would have the car ready for me to drive. We went to the dealer within 40 minutes, and upon arrival the Sales rep had to check inventory and told us the car had already sold. They had 2 more at significantly higher prices. No apologies were offered even though we were lied to. They were completely miserable also. So, we left. That shady sales technique is called 'bait and switch.' I expect much better from a luxury car dealer, so this is embarrassing for Audi. We will never buy a car from someone who uses cheap slimy tactics like that. More

I was obviously looked down on because I wasn't serviced by an audi sales rep, it just so happened a Huandi sales rep was making a special delivery to Audi Turnersville had the pleasure of assisting me and boom I was approved! I've had way to many issues with the car. Unnecessary repairs costing me but things covered under warranty was always overlooked. Never will I again purchase or recommended anyone I know to go there. More
