From top to bottom, the moment I met Lou, I felt immediately comfortable and confident that I was going to be able to make a deal on my childhood dream car. You know that feeling when you finally sit down on your mom’s ( or loved ones) couch after a long day …the safety, the trust and comfort… that’s how this journey of buying a vehicle felt. It is not always easy making such big decisions, or finding a dealership without swindling sleazy goons hawking you for vehicles over your price range. As a single mother, I had been looking for quite some time and I’m finally here.. October 3, 2025 and purchased my Lexus NX200t F Sport. Lou- you have a beautiful soul; I knew the moment I met you.. you were the guy to help me through this major accomplishment. I had gone to this dealership to buy a car that had been traded. Going in, I was uneasy of the process of buying a used car. In retrospect, there was little to worry over. The salesman, Lou, was exceptiona traded. Going in, I was uneasy of the process of buying a used car. In retrospect, there was little to worry over. The salesman, Lou, was exceptionally straightforward and more than willing to explain the possible negatives and positives, and even though the car I was buying was not an Audi, which is the dealership's specialty, he had clearly taken an interest in understanding the vehicle and its history, and explained those things to me in a way that granted me confidence that has not let me down, as I still greatly enjoy the car I bought there.
