I had a great experience with Lou Stomel at Audi Turnersville. I was there for an oil change and check engine light on my high mileage 2018 Q5. There was a repair that financially didn’t make sense since I was already considering a new vehicle in the next few months. Prior to finding out about the repair, Lou struck a conversation with me and even let me test drive the Audi Q7. Again, this was at a point where I may have been a future customer, but not at that moment. Lou was honest, transparent, and genuine. As someone who leads a sales organization in another industry, these are the signs of someone you want to do business with. Lou has been working at Audi Turnersville for many years and has a book of recurring customers that also recommend him to their friends. I am now one of those people.
