I had gone to this dealership to buy a car that had been traded. Going in, I was uneasy of the process of buying a used car. In retrospect, there was little to worry over. The salesman, Lou, was exceptiona traded. Going in, I was uneasy of the process of buying a used car. In retrospect, there was little to worry over. The salesman, Lou, was exceptionally straightforward and more than willing to explain the possible negatives and positives, and even though the car I was buying was not an Audi, which is the dealership's specialty, he had clearly taken an interest in understanding the vehicle and its history, and explained those things to me in a way that granted me confidence that has not let me down, as I still greatly enjoy the car I bought there.
