I simply walked in and asked to see a used A4, and it was shown to me! No extra questions about financing and trying to sell me on a more expensive vehicle. The car I came for was there and Lee did a fantastic job of explaining the quirks and features of the A4. Karla in the finance office and Dan the manager were also very helpful. More

I like to look at a vehicle when the dealer is closed without the sales person pushing things. To my surprise Lee Canupp was already at the dealership (1 hour before opening time), which caught me off guard. He walked over and asked if we had any questions and offered to show us the vehicle and a short time later asked if we wanted to take it for a drive. Lee did not use any stall tactics, working me to a level of impatience, smoke and mirrors, or surprises at the last minute. We worked with Karla in the finance department was very professional and easy to do business with, no surprises there either. We were happy with the entire experience and left with our new to us 2018 Mazda Miata. It was one of the easiest buying processes that we have experienced. We highly recommend Lee and Karla. More
