Good Evening Mike I will call you tomorrow morning to discuss this in more detail. I hold the position that the amount of times this problem was experienced during the four year warranty period merits Audi Corp to cover the replacement of the center differential at no cost. It is obvious that the problem was caused by a defective part at the time of manufacture of the drivetrain at the factory. When we connect tomorrow can you let me know what testing was done to determine that this part is causing the problem, and was this same testing done when the car was in for warranty service. My question is could this testing / investigation would also show if the part was defective and not up to factory standards. Thank you and I look forward to talking with you tomorrow.

Hello Mike We spoke on Thursday of last week about the problem I am still having with the drivetrain on my Q5, during which time you said that you needed to meet or talk to your regional service associate to review my case. This was supposed to happen either last Friday or this Monday. Either way you assured me that you would call me at the latest on Monday afternoon to review the outcome of your discussions. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard back from you at all. This is the same treatment -- no response at all -- that I have experienced over the past month in trying to come to a resolution to this problem. Would you let me know when you will be calling me and what direction you have from regional management at Audi ?
