I have been working with this dealership for over 15 years. The employees in the service department are everything I need customer service to be! Specifically Paul Masig, who is my absolute favorite! years. The employees in the service department are everything I need customer service to be! What needs a great deal of improvement is the communication that occurs, no matter what phone number you call, the message rarely gets a response or gets to the appropriate department. I have to make multiple calls, up to 3 to 5 with each visit, to get what I need for my vehicle. And my vehicle is rarely there more than once or twice a year. This disappointing change corresponded with Cochrane taking over this dealership. Rarely does the person I talk to have any access to my vehicle history or my location where I am typically serviced. Lastly, courtesy vehicles are in very short supply. When I called to make a service appointment, it is typically 2 to 3 weeks out before I can get an appointment that allows me to have a loaner vehicle. More
Hi all I recently took my car into my local Audi dealer. After declining a wash on two separate occasions, they wash it anyway. When I left the dealer and I could tell the car was washed but I didn’t think anything of it. This morning in the sunshine I see my car for the first time and it’s butchered. Residue all over the car, tires and wheels. Not to mention the scratches. The paint was in excellent condition as I ceramic coated it and completed a full correction earlier this spring. I contacted the service manager and he offered to rewash it. Are you insane? I’m not sure what action to take but this is truly unacceptable. The Service Manager is a former colleague of mine and I know for a fact that his vehicle would never touch that wash bay. To offer to rewash it is incredibly disingenuous, it felt like a slap to the face. I am not sure what favorable outcome I can get but I really would not want this to happen to someone else. I take great care of my car and it does not feel like this dealership has the same values in mind. More

Our convertible top was unable to be repaired. We have paid approximately $3000 so far, and it still will NOT open. We are now waiting for another part. We should not be charged additionally.
