Salesman, Jeff Schuette, was very responsive and efficient during the negotiations. We spoke with him for about 20 minutes after we arrived to pick up the vehicle, then he moved on to another appoin efficient during the negotiations. We were turned over to the processing team, and more than 2 hours later, left with the vehicle - which was already prepped and sitting in the showroom. We were originally informed the process would take about 15-30 minutes. Apparently they were experiencing IT issues and couldn’t get access to their own system. They returned every half hour to apologize but we just sat there. Salesman and processing agent were terrific. I put this one on the dealership as there should always be someone around at 5pm that can handle a systems issue. More
