If your gut tells you to walk away, run! I should have listened to my gut. I worked w Brittany. She should definitely not be in any field that requires customer service skills. She offered deals and the reneged. Saying ”coincidently” there was lots of interest in the vehicle. After purchasing the car for sticker price she NEVER said a simple Thank you. What put it over the top was the delivery of the car. I had asked that a scratch be touched up and some minor surface scratches be buffed out. She agreed and said it would be done when the car was detailed. I doubt the car was detailed. The minor scratches we're still there, the larger scratch looked as though filled in w a Bic pen & the car was streaky. I questioned her about the large scratch & she answered me by saying ”doesn't look new but neither is the car” The car is a 2018. She was sorry if she offended my but maybe my standards we're too high. Buying a car is suppose to be enjoyable & exciting. Buying a Audi is suppose to be exhilarating. I was left feeling totally deflated & wishing I had purchased something & definitely somewhere else! The managers don't seem interested in my experience but maybe all the people I tell will be. More

LIARS!! LIARS! I reach an OUT OF DOOR agreement with the sales guy Tony and spoke and text him at least 10 times if not more. This included me telling him I LIARS! Drove 2.5 hours to get the and this person then hits me with an extra $399 fee. Claims "miscommunication". He's a liar plain and simple. Tried to blow it off to someone was supposed to call me but he knew because he's a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONARTIST. If you do beware that fee. I should have walked away but did not since I drove so far away and his guy knew how far we drove. I'll never refer them to anyone! More

Ignored I'm an electrical contractor- stopped in on my way home from bidding on a commercial job to look at a Q5 for my wife- as it is our 25th anniversary. I'm an electrical contractor- stopped in on my way home from bidding on a commercial job to look at a Q5 for my wife- as it is our 25th anniversary. Parked close to the showroom -was on the lot for over 20 minutes and not once did anyone attempt to assist me. While there, a couple pulled in and were greeted almost immediately. Apparently, as I was in work clothes and driving my work vehicle, I was deemed unworthy of their attention or one of their cars. The next day I took Stephanie to the Benz dealer down the street-they treated us like gold and we purchased a new car from them. Unfortunately they didn't have the model she wanted in the color she liked but they were able to source one from another dealer in Ft. Washington for the next day. STAY AWAY More

Terrible Service- 0 stars TERRIBLE SERVICE!! 0 STARS deserved and on top of poor service our Q7 brakes need replaced after 22k miles. We have had 6 Audis (4 A4 and 2 Q7) and never experienced such poor service. During the last 5 services on our 2 current Audi's we have had the wrong parts ordered, showed up 2x to pick up our vehicle only to be told it was not ready, had to call the service department multiple times for updates with no follow up and been told they did not know the status of the vehicle during service, appalling! If you buy an Audi there are better service options than Audi of West Chester. Additionally, our 2 1/2 yr old Q7 22k needs brakes and tires after 22k miles!! Contacted the GM to discuss and after and our initial conversation....you guessed it....NO FOLLOW UP after 5 messages. Employees truly follow leadership. We were told this is how the vehicle is engineered, BEWARE! More
