Because a close friend recommended Audi West Chester we engaged them via e mail and got two prompt email responses and a phone call. We drove out of the dealership with our dream car less than four days later (extended one day by a heavy snow day). Everyone in the dealership worked as a member of a highly customer oriented team. We met Rob, Andrew, Alex and Aidan and Jonathan in the course our visits. We had all our questions answered, experienced no typical dealership sales pressure and felt we were treated fairly and respectfully. Lori, Sales Manager, appointed Dana Campion, Audi Brand Specialist, to actively obtain the exact color, features, and interior design I desired for the vehicle despite limited availability throughout the region. In addition, Dana was able to provide the best monthly lease quote compared to the dozen of other Audi dealerships I contacted. Furthermore, the General Manager, Rob, contacted me directly to confirm the arrival of the new vehicle the night before I ventured on a 2.5 hour trip to the dealership. When I arrived, I was impressed with the professionalism, attention, and patience of my Audi Brand Specialist, Dana, including the rest of the staff. The financial manager, Jonathan, took ample time to explain all aspects of the lease and did not pressure me to purchase anything additional. Even though I ended up deciding to cancel an order and go with an in-stock vehicle instead, Kalyn was supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly felt that she meant it when she said that all that mattered was that I get the car that I want and will be satisfied with. As for the rest of the dealership, it's a brand new building with a relaxed atmosphere, and everyone else I interacted with were courteous. I'm certain I'll be back in the near future. More
