Audi West Chester responded

Without going into a high level of detail, we would like to respond to the issues/concerns expressed in this review. At some point after Melissa took delivery of this vehicle, she indicated that there seemed to be paint peeling on the underside of the rocker panels. We arranged to transport the vehicle directly to our body shop, where the issue was resolved. The customer was not happy with the repair, and stated that she now discovered additional flaws with the vehicle. Again we resolved the issues. Each time the vehicle was returned to the customer she found additional items that she was not happy with. Without debating whether these items warranted repair (such as a small scratch in the clear coat inside a door jamb), or discussing where and how they occurred (some of these issues were clearly not present when the vehicle was inspected), we resolved each area of concern. Melissa later requested that we pay for an independent facility to provide additional services to the vehicle, and contacted Audi of America as well. Our dealership worked closely with Audi of America to find a way to satisfy her, and ultimately came to an agreement which the customer accepted (part of the terms of which were that the customer would consider the matter fully resolved, and would not discuss it in a public forum such as this). Throughout this process, we always worked around the customer's schedule, always provided a loaner car when requested, and always moved the customer's car by flatbed truck. We are sincerely sorry that we were unable to provide Melissa with an experience that met her expectations, although we certainly attempted to do just that.

Without going back and repeating what I have already said, NEW damage was done to my car each time this dealership touched the vehicle. That should explain why "each time the vehicle was returned to the customer she found additional items that she was not happy with". The vehicle was only flat bedded for the second repair, not the first time when they curbed my rim. I have pictures of all of the damages this company did to the vehicle, and, as already stated above, their first attempt to repair the damage they had originally done was completely unacceptable, paint covered in dirt front to back. Finally, once the dealership finally agreed to pay for a proper repair to the car they damaged, I made it EXTREMELY clear that I was very unhappy with our settlement. I agreed that I would not ask for anymore money despite the fact that I did not feel that I was compensated for their negligence, but in no way did I agree not to review this company anywhere and everywhere possible. The public deserves to know how they will be treated. I have everything on record. Thank you
