The deal was easy and simple it took less than two hours. They tried to sneak in upsells and were unsuccessful maybe that’s what upset them. Having worked at several dealerships myself, I know the drill, but this experience was on another level. The staff’s attitude can be summed up in a few words: disgust, annoyance, arrogance, and indignation. The finance manager, in particular, was arrogant and dismissive for no reason.
