Jason really helped me get into my new car. They worked really hard to get me the best price and interest rates with the bank. Thank you all! They worked really hard to get me the best price and interest rates with the bank. Thank you all! More
Around April 18th, we reached out to Audi West Covina to inquire about a Maserati we wanted to purchase. We spoke with Bryan and after running the credit, we were told we were preapproved for the car and th inquire about a Maserati we wanted to purchase. We spoke with Bryan and after running the credit, we were told we were preapproved for the car and the deal could potentially be funded by calling in a favor to the bank. We would have to come down and do a customer interview (Have text messages as proof). On April 20th, my brother and I came down to the dealer to potentially purchase the Maserati after Bryan insisted, we do so. We made it clear we didn’t want to make the two-hour drive unless there was an approval. Once we arrived at the dealer, Bryan was nowhere to be found so we worked with someone named Malik. Things initially went smooth until he reviewed the credit. Malik then tells us he heard nothing from Bryan about what was told to us via text, and we had a couple options. More money down, a co-signer, or file bankruptcy. Being told to file bankruptcy is reckless advice from someone who sales cars. We got up and left after feeling judged and aggravated that he was so nonchalant about not doing what he could to get us into a vehicle. I should have taken that as a sign, however one of my other brothers was willing to co-sign or put the vehicle in his name. So, we reached back out to the dealer and landed an approval with Stefany. From the beginning, Stefany was great. She was communicative, professional, and upfront about the deal. After receiving the approval, we received a phone call from the finance manager to discuss the contract and additional add Ons. I expressed a warranty was of importance to me. We received the contract via email from the finance manager to sign on 4/26/2024. The contract was immediately e-signed and sent back. I was then told the bank wouldn’t extend extra funds to finance the warranty. However, I noticed GAP (1,500), Exterior paint protection (1,500), and Key protection (800) were added to the contract. I told the finance manager I added the car to my insurance and requested Loan/Lease payoff through progressive, yet I was still stuck with gap on the contract. We heard nothing after that. After calling all day Saturday and sending a few emails that went unanswered, I reached out to Stefany and requested to cancel the deal as I couldn’t get ahold of finance to discuss the warranty, what happens next in the process, etc. The finance manager then reached out to me and explained since I was an out of state customer, the process was a bit different. He also said he sent papers out fedex on the Friday I signed the contract however that was never communicated to me. I ended up having to spend another $1,500 on a rental due to Audi dragging their feet with the deal, not returning calls and emails and ultimately feeling as if my deal wasn’t a priority. I received the papers April 30th and sent them back overnight. Once the papers were received, I was told they were sent to Ally and we were waiting for the deal to be funded. I reached out to the finance manager on May 3rd to check the status of things and was told we were still waiting for funding. He would check on the warranty the upcoming Monday and reach back out to me. Well, the finance manager was off Monday and Tuesday. Why tell me you would check on my warranty options on Monday knowing you would be off two days? Funding came through Wednesday May 8th and we were finally able to pick the car up from the dealer. Once we arrived, we felt like a burden. There was no talk of a warranty or any information on it. We felt as if they just wanted the Maserati and us gone. Unfortunately, this whole experience left a very bad impression on this purchase, car buying as a whole, and we felt as if we got a bad deal when we should be celebrating. Our trust is also damaged as we see things in the contract, we didn’t ask for vs. the things we did. This was a stressful, tense experience and I never want to experience this again. More

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2021 YukonXL from this dealership. I was assured by the sales manager the car was an excellent car with zero problems and the sales s I purchased a 2021 YukonXL from this dealership. I was assured by the sales manager the car was an excellent car with zero problems and the sales specialist promised me a second key which I never got. The dealership lies, the staff covers up for one another and no one takes responsibility for anything they say or do. 2 days of having the car the check engine light turned on and keeps coming on and the car dies on me while I am driving!! This car has spent more time at the mechanics then with me. Chris; general manager, Gev; general manager, Arman; manager, Hassan, sales manager, Jeremey; sales manager, Jason; sales representative & Julio; service are the people I have been lied to by in these last 4 months. (Hassan and Gev are no longer with this dealership.) DO YOUR RESEARCH & DONT MAKE THIS EXPENSIVE MISTAKE LIKE I DID - THE DEALERSHIP & OWNER HAS A REPUTATION OF SELLING BAD CARS!! Save yourself time and money and run somewhere else! More
I’ll start by saying that Nemer Sarriedine (general manager), Tony Kang (sales manager), and Jarvis Godinez-Aviles (sales specialist) are about as incompetent, rude, and unprofessional as they come. St manager), Tony Kang (sales manager), and Jarvis Godinez-Aviles (sales specialist) are about as incompetent, rude, and unprofessional as they come. Steer clear of this shady shady dealership. Audi corporate and the BBB will be hearing from me on this issue. I had the most horrendous experience from beginning to end. I’ll try and paraphrase this for the sake of brevity but bear with me and understand I don’t write reviews like this lightly. We live in Washington State. Found a vehicle at Audi West Covina that we wanted to purchase, negotiated the deal remotely, and made a deposit on the vehicle to secure the purchase. We bought plane tickets from our home state to LAX, took an Uber over an hour to get to their location, walk in, and these guys had sold the car 30 minutes prior to us arriving. Mind you we had spoken to the sales person (Jarvis) the second we landed in LA, and every day for 5 days prior, confirming our plans and exactly when we would be there to pick up the car. Needless to say I was dumbfounded and extremely angry when I showed up and the car was gone. Tony Kang (the sales manager) blamed our sales person (Jarvis Godinez-Aviles) and called him, and I quote, “a xxxxing moron” in front of us us and the rest of the sales floor. This comment alone showed me the level of professionalism they operate at. I told them I was not leaving until they fixed the situation. After haggling over price on a similar car I finally got the general manager’s number and called him directly. Long story short we ended up paying over $3k more than we had anticipated for a very similar car. I was not happy with the sale in any way, but was not leaving without a car as we had to get it back to Washington state. Even after their monumental screw up they were trying to screw me on the sale of this different vehicle. I only got them to a reasonable price on the new vehicle until I demanded to speak to the General Manager. Anyhow, we make the sale on the other vehicle and get back home the car. Then the story gets even worse, if you can imagine. While they were cleaning the car they forgot to put the floor mats back in the trunk and we unfortunately didn’t realize this until we got the car home. No biggie I thought. They’ll just ship them to us. I called 7 times over two weeks (not an exaggeration) and spoke with multiple sales people…. and finally got someone to return my call to “handle” it. They said they would ship the floor mats and asked if we wanted the stock cloth floor mats that come with every Audi A4, and we said yes. The caveat was that the mats were out of stock and couldn’t ship for a month. I kindly agreed and said we’d wait. One week later aftermarket rubber mats come in the mail. I again am dumbfounded and annoyed. I called another 3-5 times to “try” and get someone to send the correct ones. I finally spoke with Nemer Sarriedine (their General Manager) and when I asked him to send the correct mats he immediately got angry and said (and this I couldn’t believe this) “we’ve gone above and beyond for you. If you don’t want the mats we sent then you can throw them away. I will not send you the the correct mats and I will not take your calls anymore.” My next step is a complaint with Audi corporate, and I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. More
My wife and I were in the market for a new car - we also have full-time jobs and young kids home, so spending hour after hour at a dealership sitting through the entire negotiation and financing process is have full-time jobs and young kids home, so spending hour after hour at a dealership sitting through the entire negotiation and financing process is just not an option for us. I reached out to the dealership online regarding a specific car I had my eye on, and Walid Elhakim was super helpful and flexible with us, taking care of nearly the entire sales process by phone and text. When we arrived at the dealership that evening, he had the car of our choice out front ready for a test drive. We agreed it was the one for us, and he introduced us to the gentleman in financing (I can't recall his name, unfortunately) who already had exactly the numbers we had negotiated over the phone with Walid ready to go. A quick print and sign process later, and we were on the road with our new car less than an hour after our arrival! Amazinging helpful and flexible service... will definitely be coming here the next time we're in the market for a new car. More
