A lot has changed in the service since I brought my car in the last time. And I just got off the phone, leaving a message about a service that was I told that was performed that didn’t happened. I’m very disappointed in the service department’s performance of how they care for my vehicle. Basically I spent $1300 for a pull and filter change I hope, because the tire rotation didn’t happened. I have specific tire on my car I know that never was rotated. But I was charged for it none the less. So this will be my last time coming in for service at that location. I understand their been some staff changes, but quality shouldn’t diminished. More

They would not honor a re-call on a cable and plug for our 2021 E-tron. The plug fried and it burned the plug that connects to the electrical outlet. Pretty much a fire hazard. A re-call is a re-call and it should be honored since their part failed. Instead we got the runaround from the current Service Manager (Michael Sa). We have been coming to this dealership for a few years now and this was the first time I can truly say that we received subpar service. More
