Horrible customer service, it has been over a month, my trade in hasn’t been paid off, you can’t reach anyone, they are not returning voicemails, salesperson Artemi acting like helping me, all he says it t trade in hasn’t been paid off, you can’t reach anyone, they are not returning voicemails, salesperson Artemi acting like helping me, all he says it takes time which is not true. I asked Artemi to help me speak with a manager, he told me call store. Even receptionist says i can’t guarantee you can speak with a manager. Different attitude when buying vehicle, go somewhere else, don’t suffer with your own money. More
