Top notch service! I was looking for a used 2015 Acura ILX and my search led me to Audi West Houston. I submitted a form online at 7am and was contacted shortly thereaft I was looking for a used 2015 Acura ILX and my search led me to Audi West Houston. I submitted a form online at 7am and was contacted shortly thereafter by Amadou Niang. I explained I was a cash buyer and that I had very specific questions about the vehicle and price I wanted answered before I would come see the vehicle. Amadou was happy to answerer my questions and did not waste my time. I drove out to see and test drive the vehicle. The entire Audi staff was extremely professional. The vehicle was in great shape, 1 owner with no accidents. It did have one blemish on the trunk that Audi said it had planned to fix/repaint. I purchased the vehicle and returned it 2 weeks later for the minor body work to be finished during which I was provided a loaner vehicle. I picked the vehicle up 2 days later and car looked fantastic. Amadou and the entire Audi Staff provided a pleasant and professional purchasing experience. More
