Service personnel pleasant, polite and helpful. I was told that Audi palm beach no longer provides the service of bringing the loaner ones home and returning with the car needing servicing. Yet, the frie told that Audi palm beach no longer provides the service of bringing the loaner ones home and returning with the car needing servicing. Yet, the friends who referred us to Braman still receive that service. Is it because BMWs we more expensive than Audi’s? I drove from south Delray Beach to west palm beach in torrential rainstorms both to drive my loaner home and to return the loaner the next day. Disappointing. More
