Customer service outstanding I called for a service appointment for a recall item and secured an appointment for the same day. My service person, Jennifer Capello, took care of me I called for a service appointment for a recall item and secured an appointment for the same day. My service person, Jennifer Capello, took care of me and had me out the door in a loaner vehicle in just a few minutes. She’s the best! She called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived, Jennifer was assisting another customer and Jen Rodriguez jumped in and got me checked out in a couple of minutes. Great customer service from these ladies! More

Total Incompetence, horrible customer service We own a 2015 A8 which we bought new in Silver Spring Md. The purchase date was March 31, 2015. 28,000 miles on car. A/C broke,, so we called Bra We own a 2015 A8 which we bought new in Silver Spring Md. The purchase date was March 31, 2015. 28,000 miles on car. A/C broke,, so we called Braman Audi last Saturday (March 2, 2019) and was told we could bring in late and get loaner car. After waiting 1/2 hour, the service advisor (Louis) tells us the warranty expired on January 1, 2019, even though we showed him documentation that we bought on March 31, 2015. He said maybe be bought used. HA HA. He refused warranty service. So, another hour, back home, and called my sales guy at Silver Spring Audi. He said we were under warranty, didn't know why we were refused, and gave us further documentation that it was under warranty - in fact, extended now to June 30, 2019 - he didn't know why. Make another appointment - advised Service lady of prior problem, she looks up and says to bring back up and have wife talk to Louis. I explained she needed to just leave car, and needed loaner, had an appointment to make so couldn't stay long. She says ok, come up about 11:00 AM, a little later or sooner no problem. Wife goes up, sees Louis, gets another run-around, checks with "warranty manager" who backs him up (they can't verify warranty) waits another hour, and then needs to leave for meeting. Called my sales person back in Silver Spring, he was incredulous. He then had his regional representative get in touch with the South Florida regional representative, who contacted BRAMAN and "straightened everything out". I had told my sales guy in Silver Spring that I wasn't going to make the 2 hour trip for a THIRD time, and instead demanded that a loaner to be brought to me. When he told me "everything was straightened out" he also told me they were going to provide me with "valet service" due to the way i had been treated. Later that PM, I recieveD a call from Louis, who, without any apology, and clearly annoyed, stated that they now would honor the warranty, and asked me "when do you want to bring the car in?". Obviously, either the valet service component was not communicated to him, or just more incompetence on part of BRAMAN. I told him that I had no intention of bringing it in, that I expected a loaner car be brought to me and that they should take mine in for service. He said OK, he would get in touch with me today (March 6) in am to arrange a time. it is now 6:00 PM the next day and still waiting. Still no ac in car. THIS DEALER IS INCOMPETENT, CLUELESS, OR BOTH. The customer service couldn't be worse, whether from Louis, the Warranty Manager, or whomever. (did get a free bag of chips, however) AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. More
