Problems w gasoline smell I had noticed the odor of gasoline in my garage after driving my 2018 Audi on 2 separate occasions. I spoke with my Advisor, Allan Wolfson, who recom I had noticed the odor of gasoline in my garage after driving my 2018 Audi on 2 separate occasions. I spoke with my Advisor, Allan Wolfson, who recommended I bring the car in for an inspection. Nothing was found but Allan noted my concern regarding safety and suggested keeping the car over the weekend and had another set of eyes inspect it. The result was the same, no cause could be found. I’m happy to report that it is a day later and I have not noticed the odor. I’m not sure of the cause but i’m appreciate that Allan recognized my concern and did what he could to alleviate it. More

Service Department is Excelent. I was a bit nervous about bringing my 2004 A8L in for the first time to this dealership. The cars sensor warning system was intermittently sounding wa I was a bit nervous about bringing my 2004 A8L in for the first time to this dealership. The cars sensor warning system was intermittently sounding warnings and it was becoming annoying and happening more often. We just recently moved this car into the West Palm Beach area and we were impressed by the beautiful facility and the convient location. After a brief wait I was introduced to Mike Hall, he was very professional and personable. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I was given a loaner/rental car while they worked on my car for multiple days as they looked for the issues. We left town on a trip before it was complete and once the car was complete they delivered it to my home and parked it in the garage while we were away, so accommodating! The Enterprise rental car agency even let us turn the car in at FLL Airport to catch our flight. This was a big help. Unfortunately once we returned from our trip and started driving the car again, the same warnings started sounding. Again we dropped it off and were given a loaner car. I was starting to get concerned when I was told that a faulty wiring harness was part of the problem and that this was going to cost quite a bit more to rectify the issue. I raised my concerns with Mike after the Audi was in the shop for many days. Once it was completed he called me to say they were going to only charge me for the additional parts they installed and it was quite a bit less than he earlier stated. It’s only been a short time since we have been driving the car but it’s not throwing the faults again. Mike was great and complimented us on how good the car in for it’s age. He treated us as if we purchased the car there. We’re very happy with the repairs on the car, love this dealership, the tech who worked on our car and Mike’s and professionalism. We will surely continue using them and strongly consider making our next car purchase from Audi West Palm Beach. More

Great experience Michael explained there were a couple of recalls necessary and quickly arranged for a loaner, another Q5 just like mine.
