Each and every time we have trusted the service department at Audi West Palm Beach, they have made a great effort to accommodate us with the least amount of inconvenience and the utmost in professional care. Our service representative, Allan Wolfson, has at multiple times, gone above and beyond our expectations. From following through on our important and our small concerns, to keeping us well informed of the repair progress, Allan has proven to be not only reliable but truly caring and concerned with our needs. For those customers who rely on mostly one vehicle for transportation, our experience has shown that this service department understands how important transportation is in one’s professional and personal lives. Finance manager sells costly add on packages (wheel and tire protection) and claims the protection covers absolutely any and all situations. In reality, there are numerous "conditions" associated with said coverage. I was denied a replacement tire or tire repair because the tread was too low on the tire. The tread being low on the tire was not a proximate cause of the tire leaking air, which was cause by the nail. Ultimately, I will never purchase or lease another vehicle form Audi WPB ever again. Bait and switch tactics are dishonest and general bad business practices. I will be sharing my experience with Audi USA customer support as well as all review sites (Yelp, Facebook, BBB, etc.) relating to the dealership. More
