No customer advocacy. Manager refused to submit my issue for manufacturer defect. No sign of physical damage to my vehicle, but some how all 4 of my rims are misshaped caus Manager refused to submit my issue for manufacturer defect. No sign of physical damage to my vehicle, but some how all 4 of my rims are misshaped causing horrible road vibration and tire wear. I have the $1830 road hazard coverage which will not cover the rims because my tires are not leaking air. No customer advocacy. And it was mentioned several times that since I did not lease the vehicle from them there is nothing they can do. More
