On the other hand this is the second time that I visit the dealership and when you walk in very few associates will say hi. Once again I sat in the waiting area while associates will come and go (maybe 6 of them) . They got coffee, donuts etc. Only one looked at me and said good morning. I am In the hospitality business and that is the first thing we ALL must do when we see a client a prospect or anyone around us. Not very welcoming at all. The place was really clean and neat. 35000 miles service I had booked an appointment for 3 days later. Because I was in the area on three days earlier, I stopped by at 7.30 am to see if the appointment coul I had booked an appointment for 3 days later. Because I was in the area on three days earlier, I stopped by at 7.30 am to see if the appointment could be done now, instead of 3 days later. The service dept. said « of course », and performed the necessary services while I waited. Great service with a smile!! Thank you very much Jennifer C.
