15K Servicing of A3 I was greeted right upon driving the car in, and passed from party to party as needed. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the free offerings of coffee, Danish etc. were fresh. I was given a courtesy car, and all was explained and handled promptly. The car was clean, filled with gas, and drove well. Upon returning to the Dealer when my car was ready, I was again taken care of promptly and with respect. More
