Detailing service The actual service was just fine, the car looks great. The only downside was that when I made the appointment I was told it would be 3-4 hours, then w The actual service was just fine, the car looks great. The only downside was that when I made the appointment I was told it would be 3-4 hours, then when I dropped the car was told it might be the end if the day, then the next morning and finally got it back the next afternoon. I was given a very nice new loaner, and have no problem leaving the car for 24 hours, as long as I know the actual completion time up front and not as time progresses. Much better to give customers a very conservative projection, then surprise us with a call that it's ready earlier. More

Personal Care and Service! Having an A/C problem is no fun in 96 deg weather! I had had my car repaired at a different Audi facility because I was on a trip. A couple of weeks l Having an A/C problem is no fun in 96 deg weather! I had had my car repaired at a different Audi facility because I was on a trip. A couple of weeks later after I returned from my trip, it was acting up again. Audi of West Palm Beach told me to bring it in and they would check it. Meanwhile I had the car serviced and cleaned. Audi of West Palm Beach was able to determine that the A/C only had a minor problem and corrected it, The car was serviced and beautifully cleaned! I cant tell you how happy I am with this level of care! All while loaning me a beautiful A6. Thanks for taking care of me! More
