Lets see how well they do.🤔 1, Replace windshield on seperate invoice. 2, Perform scheduled maintenance. Inform me in 32's, what thickness the worst pad is. 3, There is a wire or cable hanging under frame. 4, When replacing battery, make sure the vent for it is connected correctly. 5, The plastic cover under engines undercarriage, (belly pan), please send quote, and I will probably replace it. 6, Two quotes for repairs and painting car, mirrors included. 7, Play track 10 on CD player in car, Kodak Black: Tunnel Vission, loud, check for blown speakers. You may want to do this prior to installing new windshield. The A3 😝 loaner, sounds better than mine. Please place all the replaced parts, as in the motor for convertible etc., in its original packaging, in the trunk. Thanks Eric! Anything that can be "good willed", will be appreciated.😊 I received the Audi TT today, 7.14.2017. Everything seems to be in order. The belly pan and speakers were not replaced, thankfully because it would have been $1000.00's more, and they are ok. They could have taken advantage of me but did not.😊 Going to test drive A7 I hope to purchase from West Palm Audi. So far, scored an A. We will see how sales develop.🤔 I bought the A7, and sales received an A also.😊 More

Mike Kaplan is OUTSTANDING I was in need of a tire on my A3 due to a pot hole tear ....ugh.....I came to the service department without an appointment, that didn't matter to Mik I was in need of a tire on my A3 due to a pot hole tear ....ugh.....I came to the service department without an appointment, that didn't matter to Mike, he treated me as if I had an appointment and was a priority. He was able to work with the parts department, ordered a tire for me, it arrived earlier then promised and installed in a minimal amount of time. Mike went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate that. Great Job Mike! Great job Audi West Palm! More
