Service is awful First, I was not asked if I wanted a loaner when I made an appointment. I arrived and no one greeted me. The service advisor was great. I was told it wouldn’t be much more than an hour. It took 2 1/2 hours. My car wasn’t even moved for more than 1/2 an hour. The coffee maker needed refilling and I asked twice and others also asked a few times before it was done. More

Inspection I needed an inspection sticker and saw that my tire light was on so I pulled into my local Audi dealer in Westwood MA with no appointment and asked if I needed an inspection sticker and saw that my tire light was on so I pulled into my local Audi dealer in Westwood MA with no appointment and asked if they could check my tires and by the way could they give me an inspection sticker. They not only did both they also vacuumed and washed my car!! All for the price of an inspection sticker!! All the while I helped myself to coffee and a muffin while checking my email and Facebook posts! How cool was that👍 More
