Beware the Bait and Switch It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I have been an Audi customer for almost 15 years. I love the service department and have been generally happy until now. I feel very strongly that a bait and switch was perpetrated by the sales department. I leased my first car from Brookline Audi and then purchased it at the end of the lease. I planned to do the same thing at the end of my most recent lease as I had gone over on my alloted mileage. Instead of working with me on that purchase, Eli and the Westwood Audi team pushed me to a lease again stating that I could drive away with a car that would be 3 years newer and cost me the same as my last lease. According to my conversations and emails, there would be no extra fees attached. I would simply drop one car off and pick up the next. I did just that and for 6 months everything seemed fine. At the six month point of my new lease, Audi Financial sent me a bill for $3,876.42 for mileage on my old lease. I have tried to discuss the issue with Westwood Audi and have been stonewalled. I have tried to discuss the issue with the sales manager, but my calls and emails have not been returned. I will likely file a 93A complaint this coming week along with lodging a complaint with the Attorney General's office. It's awful, but the dealership has given me no choice. If you're thinking of leasing with Westwood Audi, you might want to consider Brookline Audi instead. More

Rarely am I left with a memorable customer experience (in a good way). Matt Sartini in service was attentive, responsive and showed genuine enthusiasm in every interaction. The transparency in communication was valuable as it provided legitimate insight into the process as opposed to the typical canned, obscure answers to questions I'm accustomed to. This was a real treat. More
