I have actually dealt with many of the same employees for the last several purchases. They don’t play games and are always honest and straight forward. They tell you their position and reasoning for price and you tell them yours and we have always reached a mutually agreeable position. No high pressure tactics or manager coming over to squeeze you, it is very professional and low key. They let you know what incentives are available as well so you don’t have to worry about missing out on something you may have missed in your research. Steve Mello and Mike Burke were great to work with. All in all, I will continue to go back every few years for a new car. More
