When I returned I again told them about what happened and I was given a choice of cars, I said I was thinking of my best car to be a A7 and that’s what they gave me. Jeff set the service request up promptly and the mechanic performed a fabulous job to diagnose the problem and replaced the battery with a new one, and I was able to drive the car away within a couple hours on a very busy service Monday morning.
