Another wonderful purchasing experience at Audi Westwood Last year we bought an Audi A3 (2016) with Taylor Ford's help and we also had a great experience at Audi Westwood. So when time comes to get another A Last year we bought an Audi A3 (2016) with Taylor Ford's help and we also had a great experience at Audi Westwood. So when time comes to get another Audi vehicle I called up Taylor and was delighted that she is still with the dealer. Next day I came to test drive an Audi A6 (2016) and very satisfied with the performance and the price of the vehicle I intended for. Taylor was very enthusiastic to help us again and very accommodating and helped us through all the process smoothly. At the end of day I was able to drive the Audi home and very happy with the purchase and the whole experience at Audi Westwood. Run! Absolutely horrible service RUN!! Horrible horrible horrible I recently purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 and came to this dealership to have it serviced. While there I purchased a pi RUN!! Horrible horrible horrible I recently purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 and came to this dealership to have it serviced. While there I purchased a pin I was told by their service tech was needed to connect to the car’s WiFi. This all occurred on Feb. 25th. When I made the $130 purchase of the pin, I was told that I would receive a call within 2 weeks. I never received the call. I then call their sales team on March 23rd. No one knows what I’m talking about. I am placed on hold and then told that I can either hold longer while they investigate the situation or I can call back. I request that I receive a call back. I get one from the service department shortly after. The service tech states that my pin is in and I can pick it up at any time between 7:30-5pm. I pick up the pin two days later only to find that NO ONE in the service department can help me with the pin. The ONLY person on staff is Kevin, who’s on the sales team and is currently in a meeting. No one knows when he’ll be finished nor are they willing to leave their desks and ask the magical Kevin when and if he’s willing to help me with the pin. I then leave the dealership and call Audi customer care. They explain to me that my car is not equipped to use the pin and they can’t understand why the dealership would sell me a pin when it clearly states that the model I have is not able to use Audi connect features!! Needless to say, this has been a horrible experience. I am requesting a full refund for the money I’ve wasted on the pin. More
