Very Disappointed with my recent service appointment. I scheduled a 75,000 mile checkup for my Audi A-4. It was scheduled for 23 July with a follow-up text confirming the reservation of service for th I scheduled a 75,000 mile checkup for my Audi A-4. It was scheduled for 23 July with a follow-up text confirming the reservation of service for that date at 7:30 AM. The car was dropped off at the required time. Having not heard anything, I checked on the status at 2:56 PM and was informed that they were working on the vehicle. Finally, at 4:24 PM I received a text proving the link to vehicle inspection report. There were no other services completed beyond the scope of the required 75,000 mile checkup, the changing of brake fluid, and the installation of a new drivers side windshield wiper (part available at the time of service). I my opinion the work should have been completed earlier in the day and the car returned by the end of the day at the latest! However, I did not receive my A4 until the following day at noontime. The scope of service and work was not complex enough to require the A4 for a 1.5 day! This is unacceptable and will no longer have my A4 serviced at Westwood Audi. Sad since I purchased my A4 and had all my service completed through them. More

I just had a great experience with Audi Westwood. I went in looking for a Q3 but unfortunately the car was not available. The folks at Audi Westwood felt horrible - it was not their mistake. They then went far above and beyond expectations in finding me a car that would work. They did two things. First, they offered me far more for my trade than any other dealership. Second, they took the time to show me three comparable vehicles, at one point after hours(!), and then provided me with a deep discount. All to make up for the fact that the first car was not available. I ended up with a fully loaded used 2023 A4 Prestige at thousands less than new, and with a 6-year CPO warranty. I couldn't be happier. Ruzhena and Patrick get my highest recommendation. I strongly recommend Audi Westwood. . More
